Over 13 months, learners engage in six powerful workshops, guided reflection, practical coaching sessions and personalised 1-to-1 coaching with their own leadership coach to develop confidence, ethical practice, and professional impact. Programme Structure

Programme Duration: 13 months + End-Point Assessment

Delivery: Six full-day workshops (virtual or blended) + monthly 1-to-1 coaching

Outcome: Level 5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship qualification

Each module follows a three-part learning cycle:

  • Pre-Learning: Independent exploration and reflection activities.
  • Masterclass: Interactive workshop with tools, models, and real coaching practice.
  • Post-Work: Practical coaching sessions and reflection tasks contributing to your portfolio.

Learner Journey

Month 1: Onboarding – Getting to Know You

  • Welcome session and introductions
  • Skills Radar and individual learning plan
  • Meet your dedicated leadership coach and learning cohort

Months 2 – 12: Learning & Coaching Cycles

Every 6–8 weeks, learners complete one masterclass and a 1:1 coaching session focused on applying new learning in the workplace.

Month 13: Gateway & End-Point Assessment

Final portfolio and project submission, followed by:

  • Two Observed Coaching Sessions: demonstrating professional coaching capability.

  • Knowledge Test: Multiple choice based on knowledge criteria

  • Professional Discussion Underpinned by Portfolio of Evidence  – exploring learning, ethics, and impact.
