Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship (Education Pathway)

The Emerging SEN Leaders apprenticeship is designed for aspiring and early-career SEN leaders, teaching assistants, and support staff who want to take the next step in leading people, projects, and inclusion.

Mapped to the Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship standard, this 13-month programme builds the practical leadership and management skills needed to support SEND provision, lead small teams, and drive positive outcomes for children and young people.

Blending leadership development with SEND-specific focus, learners explore how to communicate with impact, manage performance, and plan inclusively,  all while developing confidence, accountability, and influence within their school or setting.
