Through nine high-impact workshops and personalised one-to-one coaching, learners build the confidence and capability to lead diverse, high-performing teams, and shape inclusive cultures that deliver results.

Programme Structure

Programme Duration: 15 months + End-Point Assessment

Delivery: Nine full-day workshops (virtual or blended) + monthly 1:1 leadership coaching

Outcome: Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship qualification

Each module follows the same learning cycle:

  • Pre-Learning: Independent tasks to spark reflection.
  • Masterclass: Interactive & Experiential workshop with models, activities, and case studies.
  • Post-Work: Practical application tasks that feed directly into your portfolio.

Month 1: Onboarding – Getting to Know You

  • Welcome session and introductions

Months 2 – 14: Learning & Coaching Cycles

Every 6–8 weeks, learners complete one high-impact masterclass and a 1:1 leadership coaching session focused on applying new learning in the workplace.

Month 15: Gateway & End-Point Assessment

Final portfolio and project submission, followed by:
