This nationally recognised apprenticeship prepares individuals to become confident and effective teaching assistants in primary, secondary, or special schools. Blending practical on-the-job experience with expert-led workshops and personalised coaching, apprentices gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to thrive in the classroom.

  • 13-month duration (12 months delivery + 2 month for End-Point Assessment)
  • 6 themed workshops (delivered bi-monthly)
  • 8 coaching sessions for tailored support and reflective development
